I remember a LONGGG while ago I showed off a very small peak at an AU I was working on but nothing else. (Mostly because I forgot about it for awhile before HEAVILY fixating on it again months back) and so Im proud to say I'VE FINISHED IT!!! Or almost. The majority of it is all done and the things I haven't finished are more-so extra smaller things.

The concept of this AU is a what if items (or consumables) you find during runs swap places with the toons, and the toons became items (or consumables) instead! I cant say this is an entirely original idea, as there's probably and most definitely something similar out there. But its one i put a lot of effort into making something that's still unique! So with that, here are the toon designs I made!!

MAIN TOONS! - tapes, smoke bomb, bottle of pop, valve, medkit, and enigma candy! (Spot doesn't originate from an item, but moreso just based off of the main character.)

EVENT MAINS - Ornaments, Pumpkins, Baskets.

EVENT RARES/HOLIDAY HELPERS - Cookie, Bonbon.

RARE TOONS - protein bar, Extraction candy, chocolate bar, box of chocolates.

UNCOMMON TOONS - skillcheck candy, stamina candy, jumper cables, pop, ejection button, stopwatch.

COMMON TOONS - Jawbreaker, gumball, airhorn, speed candy, instructions, stealth candy.

Is it cruel of me? To say I didn't love her right away?

That her fear was inconvenient to me? Her tears, just aggravating? A constant obstacle: property damage, evidence tainting, cover-blowing... Spouting off unfounded nonsense theories, "predictions" as she calls them.

"Whose child is this?" I would inquire. Mr. Ram, he never seemed to have an answer for me. He always dodged the question. Ms. Hummel, she insisted I was perfectly capable.

I didn't ask if I was capable. I asked whose child this was.

When are her parents arriving? Does she have other family? I don't know what I'm supposed to tell her each time she asks whilst practically glued to my hip.

I've scoured through every episode countless times. I'm the only one she's ever featured with, and I've found no mention of a surname.

. . ."Dunwoody" will suffice.

it's his first name, and his only name — some of them do have creator-given full names, though!

characters who got explored more, were more likely to have a last name. main characters and characters with family tended to speedrun that, but occasionally there's a more unorthodox puppet that had a last name simply due to Janie or Ishan liking them more and having given it some thought.

so, a creator-given last name is a marker of some level of favoritism.

for those left unnamed — these days, it's up to them.

Also the idea that Toodles is the brave one of the candy corn trio is hilarious to me, considering she's the only non-main LMAO
