To be clear, I do really want a romantic, ace-respecting radioapple. But, if canon Hazbin doesn’t serve us any romance in the end? I’m putting all my hopes on a DoctorDonna. 😌 If you know, you know.

warning stuff about doctor who being said by a person who knows next to nothing than an episode or three and tumblr photosets about doctor who
I remember people getting upset over the doctor regeneration thing and how he's always a white cis male but wouldn't it be pretty shitty though just bear with me
like I understand he's supposed to be this alien dude that learns to love and embrace humanity and also have difficulties with it but it's been 50 years the show isn't gonna change so drastically all of a sudden because maybe the content doesn't change with him being female or trans or black because all it is is a tweak and the doctor will still be the doctor so why make the change (but then you could say 'why not' too but I'm not about to tumblr-professionally argue that)
my only complaint is the type of characters that they focus on that aren't the doctor+companion(s) every once in a while, now THAT is something we can change a million more times than a thousand doctor regenerations
but then again I'd like to see some solid reasons other than just to spice things up
