I’m sorry you have to worry about your psychiatrist being judgmental, that really sucks.

Uuuugh it was AWFUL the first time I saw her, but the second time wasn't too bad and it was a short appointment, maybe only 15 minutes to make sure my medication is working well, so I'm hoping that's what tomorrow's appointment will be like, too.
