does it ever upset you on ICA when bobby flay calls his female sous chefs sweetheart or something similar? idk I know Geoffrey zakarian does it too but he seems like he's doing it out of affection but when bobby does it it seems condescending.
god i would absolutely never give geoffrey zakarian the benefit of the doubt on that -- it’s condescending from either of them tbh, why don’t they use similar pet names for their male sous chefs, even gendered ones? “hey bud can you chop this onion finely for me? thanks bro. good job dude”
