In ACTION, we explored institutional, interpersonal and internalized racism. We engaged in some role playing to see if we could spot some of the not-so obvious instances of racism. One of the made-up scenarios was about a women who was asked to change her hair to make other workers more “comfortable”. Sound familiar?
