Oh, I have a question!!!

How is Pickleman Dylan's relationship with the group since the "Chris is a Pet Incident"? I know Laken at least hasn't really forgiven him for it and he and Chris never got close again, but the rest of the group? Ben is the only other that knows what happened, but I think they all know something did, right?

Everyone still talks to Dylan, more or less, at Chris's request, but it's distant and Dylan ends up making a new group of friends and splintering off.

Mari never finds out what exactly happened, but she is ride or die for Chris and Chris doesn't get that upset easoly. She doesn't need to know to trust him.

Laken doesn't really talk much to him ever again.

Well, if that just breaks your heart! Brynn deserves way better. Does that mean Malcolm and Brynn will become something (which makes stupid Dylan jealous? Sorry, I’m a bit vindictive when it comes to my girls getting hurt)

lol i’m still trying to decide whether or not brynn and malcolm’s friendship will become something more, but if it does, it won’t happen for a while. their friendship is an important aspect to brynn’s story and after what happens with dylan, she’s gonna be taking a break from romance for a bit...

But here's a bit of my most recent fic (also sneak peek for @aixabi as it's their birthday fic which i'm taking entirely too long for):

“Nope, I got this, Mr. Stark!” he promised, “Just go!”

Still, Tony hesitated. He watched as the kid dodged a hit and smacked the attacker in the same movement — something he was sure he’d learned from Natasha. Peter did this every day, Tony reminded himself, he can hold himself in a fight. Still, his heart plummeted at the sight, and his fingers brimmed with barely contained anxiety. He had a bad feeling about this.

“What are you waiting for, old man? You gotta get this thing out,” Peter called over again, never interrupting his fight. Tony smirked.

“Oh, you’re gonna regret this later, loud mouth,” he retorded before turning around. Behind him, Peter grunted in pain, sending waves of panic through his mentor. He couldn’t leave him here, couldn’t leave him behind. At the same time, he was the only one who could handle this tech, which should be secured sooner rather than later as Friday kept reminding him. Closing his eyes and shaking the images of Peter, frail and young, lying in a hospital bed — something he’d seen far too often by now —, Tony made a decision.

Happy FFWF! If you wrote a Disney animated movie au, which film would you choose and why?

Hmm, I'm more someone to take plots/concepts/scenes from something and implementing it into canon than actually make an AU, but here's an idea I wrote down while rewatching The Lion King:

Cast: Mufasa - Tony Stark Simba - Peter Parker Scar - Obadiah Stane Timon & Pumbaa - Harley Keener Zufa - Happy Hogan Nala - Morgan Stark (platonically)

It's basically Mufasa's death scene except Peter saves Tony with his spider powers (bc I can't kill Tony), thus revealing his identity to Obie. He then runs away bc Obie threatens to reveal his secret identity to the world. Either Tony himself or Morgan finds Peter at Harley's (maybe Tony is recovering) and gets him to come back.

Happy FFWF! Do you have someone beta read? If so who is your top person who betas for you?

I don't actually. I'm very sensitve with criticism so beta-ing has never really worked out for me bc i just get emotionally defensive. But that's on me.

I do often let friends read over a fic to see their reactions and sometimes also get some ideas when i'm stuck. Also to tell me if it's any good to post. Currently, @aixabi and sometimes @spookyscarykittycat are those friends I annoy with wips askdjfhas

I sometimes also let grammarly check over a fic for grammar mistakes/typos bc google docs has given up on me.

MCU ERAGON AU

This came to me while watching Shang-Chi in theathers (for obv reasons) and bc I've recently begun rereading the books.

possible cast (ofc including irondad bc how could I not with a father/son duo right at the forefront):

Eragon — Peter Parker Brom — Tony Stark Galbatorix — Xu Wenwu

This would make Xialing and Shang-Chi OCs within the world bc Galbatorix didn't have children, though one of them could be Murtagh.

(also for some reason I feel like Harley would make a good Roran)
