jeff davis and the other teen wolf writers gave cody christian the script of a character who had two beautiful girls (tracy and hayden) trusting deeply to him that he NEVER flirts with, but is ready to sacrifice himself to one specific boy and never leaves that said boy’s side and goes out of his way to save that said boy and has multiple intense eye contact scenes with that said boy
so cody christian SOO NATURALLY went, “oh so my character is gay. got it.”
