Day 18: Swap
In this revised Swap AU which I don’t have a good name for yet, the HIE, WOL, and DYQ squads are members of Derora's "hospital militia." To simply put, they appear like nuclear winter plague doctors tasked to patrol the underground bunker city's streets for any Disassembly or Solver (ironic considering the militia's leader is a former test subject infected by one) activity. The Workers on this exoplanet take pride as an "advanced colony," though they just stole interesting human technology to defend themselves from Disassembly Drones and called it a day.
The militia's main weapons consist of rapid firearms and their Sentinel helmets whose flashes can stun enemy drones (plus the Solver if you're Oakley and Wilma who nearly betrayed the force but let's be fair: they are the spawns of former test subjects in this AU).
