Hey there! So i just got to the end of my first playthrough of Arthur’s route in IkeVamp and i’m not sure if i should do the dramatic or romantic ending! It seems that everyone’s done the dramatic ending but idk! Plz give me your otome based advice! Thank you!!

I hardly ever do the romantic endings unless I deliberately reread the route (which is rare for me). I’m all for the dramatic ends, but that’s just personal opinion. I like the bit of drama. Both are HAPPY GOOD ENDINGS but from my understanding the romantic end is just a bit more mushy lovey dovey. 

I loved Arthur’s dramatic ending. It was fucking cute. He was fucking cute. Ahhh~

I’m glad we’re playing the same otome games too! None of my friends in person are too into visual novels or otome (I only know a handful that play them), so I like having this little slice of the internet to chat about otome. I’M GLAD I FOUND Y’ALL!

it just feels so dead after quite a lot have left, its sad. I dip my toe in it too every now and then, it just doesnt feel the same as it used to. i still like nan/baka, but, eh, ya know how i feel about everything that went down before i left

It most likely is asthma, in japanese there’s not really a word specifically for it (i mean the translation’s just asthma but it has like no meaning if that makes sense?) so when translating “respiratory disorder” is the closest thing, but it usually is just asthma. They do that in Fruits Basket too if you’ve read it

I think i remember that in FB but that was a long time ago. Might need to pull that out and reread might as well with the new anime

Gotcha, that makes sense. It also makes me wonder if asthma not as common in Japan? They’re treating it as like super bad at first whereas here it’s like here’s your inhaler go run like an idiot kid. I mean I get he’s an idol so it’s a problem but I dunno it seems like super serious here.
