eyes - can be anything depending on the type of program this is, and if it’s Complicated the eyes are done before anything else to prevent fallout from messing up the base. the basic look usually involves some dior/bobbi brown eyeshadow quad, pencil liner blended seamlessly into the eyeshadow so there’s no harsh line and it doesn’t even look like eyeliner, and mac extended play gigablack lash mascara
frankly viktor’s scariest talent (surpassing anything related to skating???) is how fast & effortlessly he can blend eyeshadow + draw a perfect wing on his first try
blush - not much, probably. viktor doesn’t flush a lot naturally. a little chanel powder blush or hourglass ambient lighting blush goes a long way
brows - also really simple, just comb through + tom ford fibre brow gel in blonde. tfw your husband yuuri’s eyebrow game is stronger than yours although he does NOTHING to them

P: Are you what George R. R. Martin would call an “architect” or a “gardener”? (How much do you plan in advance, versus letting the story unfold as you go?)
A little bit of both, though I’d lean more toward the gardener! I start off with concrete plot points (or pillars, as I like to call them) and then build around these; usually, I scrap ideas and incorporate new ones, so all in all my writing process is pretty flexible :)
