Hello! I've just now discovered I have this whump interest, and I don't quite understand it, but whumpy animes have always been my favorite, all the way back to the 90's. One of the little- known animes I liked from the early 2000's is called E's Otherwise. Lots of really good whump in that one. :)

After a period of war, the corporation Ashurum swooped in to stabilize the country.  Ashurum also takes in psychics like Kai and his ill sister, giving them jobs, care, and keeping them safe from regular humans who might harm them.  But does the company have a more sinister motive?
