Dollar for dollar, is this worth it? As much as I want to save the U.S. Postal Service, this isn't what I had in mind.

Dollar for dollar, is this worth it? As much as I want to save the U.S. Postal Service, this isn't what I had in mind.
Y’know, Florida has something of a special reputation, and considering all of the news that comes out of there it seems pretty warranted, but their Department of Transportation isn’t that bad.
I ran through a toll because I didn’t know that Florida doesn’t accept E-Z Pass, and all they’re charging me for is the toll itself plus an “administration fee”. $5 total. No $25.00 fine or anything.
Not bad.
