They only have cc with their genetic and all outfit from Base game or pack. But feel free to change their outfit as u like. (There will be an item remove in their tray file as I deleted some cc that should not be in their tray file before up for download)

All the family already have job and some skill too.

u can just download this house only or with the family or it's can be either way.

Gnome Library @ Coast Of Adhmor (Build for download)

I build this mini library for my mini series cause I found out that there's no community lot in the area of Coast of Adhmor, that my sims can go to solve her task 😅. So yeah..I build this mini library and also wanted to celebrate my 3rd or 4th years here. So take this build as my another gift.

There once was a city plan for this green plot to house a new business. Nobody knows exactly what it was going to be—the project fell through, leaving not much more than an empty shell of a building. Yet the locals still hope that an ambitious entrepreneur might one day turn it into something.

Lot Type: I set this lot as Rec.Center but feel free to set it with any type of lots u want.
