What do you do when feelings of not being enough or doing enough hit you? What do you do when you can’t shake inner grief? What do you do when you just want to give up? What do you do when you feel lonely and unworthy? The Holiday season can bring out the worst feelings ever! Theses are a few things that I do when I am feeling this way. 1. I pray, or meditate on positive affirmation. 2. Surround myself around positive people. 3. Listen to uplifting music. 4. Watch a funny movie 5. Exercise to get Those good endorphins flowing. 6. Talk to a trusted friend or family member. 7. Write down things you are grateful for that contributes to your life, happiness and wellbeing. 8. Talk to a professional or group if you don’t feel like you have the right support system around you to talk to and not feel judged. Theses are not easy times, but this to shall pass. What ever you decide to do just know this life wouldn’t be the same with out you. You are not alone and many of us are struggling with theses feelings. You are more than worthy of being here and your life is making a difference!
