Ahoy! Pirates! The creative gods owe me a straightforward makes or two because this necklace was quite a lengthy puzzle to get to balance in the right way. I've never sure what sometimes it works that way but ho hum!. It features at its heart a beautifully enamelled brigantine/galleon vintage ship souvenir with an eagle bird at the stern. In keeping with the nautical and navigation theme is an old compass which still works accurately that I had to solder into a bezel cup to create a connector. I've used nautical style rope knots in brass to decorate or as connectors and there are two vintage broken bracelet connectors with embossed roses and delicate enamel with trio chain link. Also - raw citrine quartz beads and a mother of pearl chain I made from an old strung necklace.
