Hey if you made your gifs in photoshop then they're not playing for one of two reasons. You either forgot to change from playing once to forever. Or it's more than 2mb. Tumblr only allows gifs under 2mb (which it took me ages to find out when I started making gifs so I couldn't figure out how to get them to play more than once for ages lmao) I hope that helps.
