God, I did not expect to love the EclipsexEaps!Sun ship as much as I do, but something about Eclipse's world-weary, bitter worldview juxtapose next to Sun's anxious, silly, whimsical (if not a little bratty) self is just so endearing to me.

Eclipse jumping after Sun when he fell into the portal when he could've just let Sun fend for himself. Eclipse referring to Eaps!Sun as 'His Sun'. Sun trying to understand Eclipse, trying to understand why Eclipse is the way he is, but also not forcing or trying to guilt Eclipse into telling him Sun's "I would just like an answer, a reason for why it is, and I'll respect it no matter what you say." and "You don't have to, it is your choice" and Eclipse finally opening up is such good shit.

I also love that Moon tried to distract Sun from his Foxy obsession by telling him to go see Eclipse. Headcanon that Moon is trying to play matchmaker.

a little nsfw addendum: Brat!Sun and BratTamer!Eclipse... need I say more...

The fact that the 'his Sun' line was real and actually happened still amazes me, to be honest.

After watching the most recent eaps episode (eclipse's nightmare about sun)

I now see why people would ship eaps sun with eclipse. I love it. It's cute. And now i will search any fanfics and fanart of these two being together!

They remind me of this. This is a lovely dynamic to have.

Servant Sun x Lord Eclipse. Idk why, but I like Lord x Servant ship dynamics. Even though Eclipse literally tortured Servant Sun- there’s gotta be a reason he kept him alive *wink wink*

Also, Sunshine (EaPs Sun) x Eclipse. Sunshine just a silly Deredere x a traumatized Tsundere- I know that Eclispe doesn’t really even like him platonically- but I find this ship kinda cute
