My secret is that I really fucking hate drawing ears. I literally avoided drawing ears on purpose in my drawing class cause I hate them so much. I know you're supposed to practice drawing something in order to get better at it but I just refuse. Ears to me are like hands to most artists. Ask me to draw hands from memory? Done. Ask me to draw an ear from memory? Just tell me to die atp. I really hope it doesn't show in my art and it's embarrassing that whenever I'm not drawing directly from a reference (and doing semi-realism) I have to look up "ear" on Google. The humiliation ritual
