The LaCo Moms coffee crew
Our kids are all in K1. It started with just the three of us Cai, Karen and I. For a time, there was a falling out between me and Cai. Nothing big so it was taken care of eventually.
Fast forward to early- November, had a quick conversation with Khat after dropping off Josef and we just hit it with the chicka chickahan. The next day, we were sitting at our favorite cafe right across the school. The rest is so they say, history. LOL.
We would spend hours together while waiting for the kids to go out. We hang out at our “favorite” coffee place, First Street. Coffee is life, eating is lifer but chika is lifest.
Cai is the strong figure in our group. Someone who always wants to pay (who btw, why would we not want that? Haha). She’s tough on the outside, comes on too strong but deep inside, is a softie who’s a crybaby all the time. I like her this way and most of the time I feel that she’s like my younger prodigal sister. Sometimes out of track with how she handles her love life but I also appreciate how shew values the insights I share with her.
Karen, the little dragon. Calm as wind but strong as storm. She’s the cutest in height among us, but makes sure her opinions are heard. She’s my regular after-school chicka friend. We spend time together everyday yet we still have so much catching up when we get home.
So yea, dropping the photos here for memories when I later move to Subic, if things pan out the way we’ve planned.
