I'm winding down cc production at the start of 2024
Hey all,
I've been thinking about this for a while now, so I'll cut to the chase.
I'm going to be winding down CC once we enter 2024. I'm unsure if it'll be my retirement from cc altogether or a significant slowdown.
I've been making custom content since 2019 and have had many ups and downs online and off since then. I also am dealing with financial instability and can't keep up with CC and working an average job.
During my time making CC, I've learned a lot and developed skills in modding and art, but am also feeling limited in only utilizing it within TS4 and not putting time towards my own projects.
I started this as a hobby: a passion for bringing Persona 5 to TS4, but while I'm still passionate about it - I'm also sacrificing a lot of my time to it when I need to make money to live and pay off debts.
I reluctantly made Early-Access cc this year to elevate some of the time-sink I've put into this while still producing more cc. I've tried to make it a fair trade as best I could per month. To everyone who's commissioned me, donated, or became a patron throughout this time, thank you so very much
When we enter 2024 I'll be slowing down cc, I'm not sure to what extent or if it'll be the end of this chapter and onto something different - we'll just have to see.
Until then, for the next couple of months, I'll have my commissions open and patrons can vote on specific cc they want before the turn of the year. I don't have a commission slot limit, just first come first serve and I'll be fulfilling commissions if it bleeds into the new year. If you're interested, DM me for details.
I've tried to keep this brief while telling you my reasons for this decision.
The future may be uncertain, but it's been wonderful seeing your creations from my cc and hearing feedback along the way <3
