I am feeling super strong and also super emotional after every single workout. Today I let the tears come and I cried it out. I realized that I was crying because it is really painful for me to let go of being a caregiver. Every time I finish my workout or during it or while listening to one of @loriharder podcasts or meditations my brain is constantly streaming with all of the people in my life who I love so much who I wish could feel what I am feeling. I want desperately to share my peace of mind, to share the strong feeling after doing a workout or the amazing feeling of saying to yourself "YES YOU CAN" when you're about to give up and crumble to pieces on the floor. I want so badly to share the cathartic experience with my friends and family...what makes my cry is the realization that...ITS NOT MY JOB to drag anyone along with me on this journey. I can't bring them with me because they didn't find it on their own. That makes me so sad because I can see this amazing SOLUTION flashing on a bright pink neon sign saying YES...THIS IS THE WAY...caring about YOURSELF is the way to HAPPINESS. I am so grateful for the people in my life who are also on a self-development journey, who are putting them self first. I am literally crying right now streams of joy tears for you. Thank you for sharing in this hard work with me. Thank you for inspiring me. Thank you for caring about YOURSELF and not being on my mental list of people who need my care, who need my support. To all the people in my life who I love so much who are numbing themselves, who are not giving them self the care and love that they need, who are suffering every day, you are in my prayers. May you find the strength to look within. May you look within and find all of the answers you are searching for. May you find the courage to LET GO of the people or environments that are hurting you. May you be blessed with clarity and inspiration to do the HARD WORK to move forward and to GROW into your true soul's purpose.
