Papua New Guinea - Wilson’s Coffee & Tea (more photos)
This is the second medium roasted coffees I am trying at home from Wilson’s Coffee. This is one of the most natural sweet coffees I have had i a long while, a smooth and silky experience from start to finish. The aftertaste has strong milk chocolate notes. Something tells me this would make for a great Clever brew, as well as be a good base for an espresso blend.
While I enjoyed this Papua New Guinea, I actually liked the Brazil Vale do Cigano as it has a bit more personality. Looking forward to trying some of the dark and light roasts from Wilson’s Coffee to get a better feel for their range of roasting.
