[SMP Earth] Flag for the Bean Empire, protectorate of the German Empire

There, the Bean Empire is a protectorate of the German Empire. I gave it a rather plain-but-efficient look that conveyed everything one needs to know about the Bean Empire, its cultural values, and its political situation.
