Information about "仙人展"
『仙人展』参加募集を行っております。
展示期間は2/3（土）2/4（日）の２日間で、2/3、4に開催されるイベント『アート∞波止場』に伴う、一つのメインイベントとして、アート制作をされている方々にご参加いただき、一緒に楽しんでもらおうと企画されています。
展示は無料で、面白い豪華賞品！？付きの賞などもご用意していて、また、沢山の方に目の前で見てらい、そして販売できる展示になります。
販売は展示された作品他、ポストカードなどございましたら、販売自由で、料金は全て本人に入ります。
共通テーマは“仙人”です。仙人を感じる平面作品であればどんな作品でも参加OKです。

仙人展 vol.1

時 間 12：00-17：00（始まりの時間は変動あります）
場 所 EARTH+GALLERY（アースプラスギャラリー） http://earth-plus.net/
住 所 東京都江東区木場 3 丁目 18-17
目 的 アートを始めたばかりの人も、長くやっている人も、一緒のスペースに並べ、鑑賞する第１回目。
多くのお客様に見てもらい、出来ればもっとアートを生活に、「お気に入りのアートを家に持って帰っ
てもらう」 交流できる場、鑑賞できる場、買うことができる場。
募 集 100 名程度
出展料 無料
募集資格 ①作品ジャンル不問。
但し壁掛け展示のため額縁入りＡ４サイズの平面
※額縁全体の大きさ上限 400ｍｍ×600ｍｍ以内でお願いいたします。
※一部の凹凸は可※詳細は下記にある搬入展示における注意事項を読んでください。
②国籍、年齢不問。
③展示日 2/3 の朝 9：00-11：00 の間に搬入が出来ること。
共通テーマ 『仙人』※自分か感じる仙人の要素が入っていればＯＫです。

【提出物】
・展示作品１点
・A4 サイズの資料を２枚
（資料について）
こちらは当日の閲覧・保管用の資料です。番号順にファイルに入れて、作品とともに、プロフィールを見てい
ただける資料になります。
資料①作品を A4 サイズにカラーコピーしたもの（例えば、コンビニ等で作品を A4 サイズにカラーコピーしてく
ださい。写真の方であれば、プリントしたものを作品とは別に提出してもらってもいいです。）
資料②プロフィールをまとめた紙（様式は自由ですが、後日様式例などテンプレートデータを送らせていただき
ます。）販売を考えていて、販売価格がある方は、価格を記載してください。
【展示にあたっての注意事項】
・A4 サイズの平面作品
・額縁に入れて提出（額縁は A4 サイズであれば自由）
・額縁のサイズは上限を設けています。（縦横は自由で 400ｍｍ×600ｍｍ以内）
・凹凸作品は 10cm 程度の凹凸であれば可能。ただしガラスを取った状態で額縁に入れて提出してください。
・当日すぐに展示ができるように、額縁の後ろには展示用のヒモを付けておいてください。※画像参照
（わからない場合はヒモだけ御持参ください。）
【参加にあたっての注意事項】
・2/3（土）、2/4（日）２日間の仙人展です。できるだけ両日ともご参加お願いいたします。
・2/3（土）9：00-11：00 の間にご本人が搬入お願いいたします。
・2/4（日）17：00 の終了後に搬出作業をしていただきます。
・2/4（日）17：00 の搬出が不可能な方は、着払いでの配送になります。その際の着払い料金はご本人負担にな
ります。（1000 円前後）また、搬入の際に配送用の袋と梱包材のご準備をお願いいたします。
・できるだけ多くの方に見ていただきたいので、イベントページがギャラリーの方でできましたら、シェア-
ていただき各自宣伝していただけると幸いです。スタッフ側でも、最大限多くの人に見ていただいたり、楽し
んでいただくための事をいたします。
【展示・イベントに関して】
・作品について、販売自由です。個人のやりとりとして、値段行ってください。
・売れた場合は全額本人に入ります。
・展示会当日は是非、他のアーティストさんの作品を見て交流してください。
・当日、昼間も夜も沢山のイベントや展示、ワークショップが準備されています。是非ゆっくりと楽しんでもら
えたらと思います。
・また、ギャラリーにてドリンクが販売されております。是非皆で乾杯しましょう。当日参加者さんは何を飲ん
でも１杯 500 円です。（通常時ソフトドリンク 500 円、アルコール 700 円、その他高いお酒もそろってます）
・また、作品の落下等、イベント主催側も最大の注意をはらいますが、万が一破損等があった場合、ギャラリー、
イベント主催側に責任は負いかねますことをご了承お願いいたします。
・作品とは別に、ポストカード等であれば、販売可能です。値段シールの取付けなど、各自準備してきてくださ
い。
・小物など「作っている物を販売した」という方おりましたら、メッセンジャー・メールにてご相談ください。
いろいろと細かいことを書かせていただきましたが、是非楽しんでもらいながら、展示に参加をしてもらえたら
と思っております。

Recruitment about 100 artist
Exhibition fee free Recruiting Qualifications ①Any type of arts A4 size plane framed for wall hangings.(frame max size is 400mm×6001mm)
②Nationality, age is irrelevant
③carry your art between 9:00-11:00 in the morning of the exhibition day2/3.
And hopefully, you can come for two days.
Common theme 『sacred hermit』※If there is an element of the hermit which is you feel『sacred hermit』 is OK.

This is a material for reading and storing on the day. I put it in the file by the number, and it becomes
the material which can see the profile with the work.

【Notes on the exhibition】

・Please put a string for the exhibition in the back of the picture frame so that is easy to hand on

【Notes on participation】
