The article the podcast was based on had a lot of discrepancies and Ginsburg actually look to his blog to clear up this mess. He had a few issues with the way he was presented in the article. The podcast was super informal and very casual and his comments were taken out of context and misaligned. I wish I could find the post, but it circulated on a few of the writer's platforms as well because it caused such an uproar.
