It’s always a good start to a long ass travel day when the hot tattooed guy is working the Starbucks drive through.
Yesterday the cafe I work at played both "Don't Come Easy" by Isaiah and "Slow Down" by Douwe Bob. Now you should know that in the UK I have never heard an esc song played in a public place (not even the winning songs!) so for a little cafe in South West Wales to play 2 in the same day was the highlight of my week tbh
Just kidding. In a circumstance with better internet I’d probably be glazing it for being poetic or something
I love that James marveled at the fact he can look at the actual mountains depicted on the Coors Light can. I don't know why.
sometimes i envy people who are easily impressed, and i don’t mean that in a negative way. i mean the people who light up when someone gets them their favorite food and will thank you a million times even though it was just a small gesture. people who get excited when their favorite person enters the room and will proceed to stay glued by their side as they look on with eyes full of love. people who look around in awe whenever they go someplace new and will point every little thing out as they jump around in excitement.
and i envy them. i envy them because i too want to find joy in the little things. i want to be easily amused and never bored of life. i want to stop brushing away small moments, even if they seem insignificant because it’s the little things that matter, and i want to start living instead of drifting by.
