East District is done. It's 73 pages. Possibly a little more or less depending on what happens during the editing process. My editor informed me they'd like to release it next year in the fall(2021). Will do my best to post up a synopsis of the book before that time. And will continue to post some panels and pages from the book. Would also like to post some pages that are in sequential order, we'll see how that goes though. 去老四川吃了幾次， 除了麻辣鍋本身就好吃之外， 最讓我印象深刻的就是在餐前會上的酸辣粉， 好幾次都想進去只點酸辣粉來吃， 但又覺得那樣很誇張， 後來他們老四川企業延伸出來的紅对麵， 解了我的酸辣粉癮， 於是找了時間去吃以解那股酸辣癮。 這天中午11:00到了安平店， 想說應該開店了吧！ 結果一直掛著休息中的牌子在門上， 還想說該不會沒開， 還好過了十分鐘左右， 終於開門營業了！ 進到店裡一看， 相對於老四川的華麗裝潢， 紅对麵反而是清爽簡單， 桌子也都是大桌子， 不會讓人感到擁擠， 也可以從大片的玻璃窗看到內部的做餐情況。 這次點了最朝思暮想的酸辣粉， 還加了幾樣滷味跟一份紅油抄手。 他們的滷味是自助式的， 就在櫃檯旁的滷味櫥窗內， 旁邊也有各個品項的價格， 少部分是稱重計價， 就算是一個人來也不用怕份量太大吃不完， 夾到盤子交給他們就可以回位子等上餐， 或是順便去拿個餐具跟調個醬料， 至於醬料，我建議可以裝點紅油、烏醋再來就是加點麻而不辣的花椒粉， 會讓整個吃起來更過癮！ 等了一下， 我的餐點終於上來了， 相機先食後， 趕緊拌開酸辣粉，攪和攪和， 就趕緊送進嘴裡了， 在稍微有點熱的中午吃下這涼涼的酸辣粉真的很過癮， 像是蒟蒻口感的涼粉， 搭配上酸酸辣辣的醬汁， 還有香氣十足的花生米、白芝麻跟青蔥香， 讓人呼嚕呼嚕的吸下涼粉， 微微的酸跟辣， 很讓人食慾大開， 再來配上微微辣的紅油抄手， 肉香跟調味很足夠， 抄手皮薄不過軟， 直接吃這樣很好吃， 但是沾了有花椒粉的醬料， 嘴巴麻麻的更帶勁！ 滷味部分， 他們沒有滷到食材失去口感但是很入味， 該脆的脆、該軟的軟， 不會過與不及， 跟台式滷味不同的部分在於 送上來的時候沒有多餘的醬汁， 是乾爽的滷味， 但是香氣四溢， 直接吃就很棒， 但沾醬後，層次更為豐富！ 如果人在市區的話， 可以到南紡夢時代的東寧店吃， 要去安平或是海邊玩的人， 可以到安平店吃！ #chinafood #hongduimian #tainan #anping #eastdistrict #oldsuchuan #spicyandsourricenoodle #spicywontons #meatdumplingsinchilioil #briseddishes #ricenoodle #spicyandsourfood （在 紅対麵） https://www.instagram.com/p/CAB3TCgAAxr/?igshid=1758thzy9wbi3
