Palm Sunday Dinner — Czech Pork Meatloaf Stuffed With Pickled Egg, Bohemian Cabbage, and Egg Noodles with Caper Sauce

I made the pork meatloaf from cooklikeczechs.com, but added the Spring Equinox eggs that I dyed on St. Joseph’s Day and pickled on Lady Day.

The cabbage and caper sauce recipes were from my Czech cookbook.

I used a little of my annunciation salt in the meal.
