Headcanon: Juju is not a Megamorph quite yet. I feel like Megamorphing was discovered in the Eastern Caverns DURING the Emperor’s Reign as opposed to before; the Eastern Caverns were living in an era of peace and tranquility before him after all.

While the Emperor spread his power, someone was going fast enough for their slug to Megamorph and thus the technology to make more was developed with the Mechanic’s help. Similar to what happened in the 99 Caverns with Eli.

Luray Caverns is the largest caverns in the Eastern United States. It is truly magical how the enormous chambers are filled with towering stone columns, shimmering draperies and pools more crystal-clear than I've ever seen before.
