I ask this question a lot but I keep getting confused bc I was told that the creator said that they go by he/she and even the commercials or promotions refer to them as “he” so I’m just confused about it. I know they’re a girl but I don’t know if I can call them “he”. Not trying to be trans phobic about it at all I just don’t understand. I also don’t have twitter so it’s even harder for me to know for sure.
Hello! I love your writing, can't wait for that Jax X OC fic you've been working on.
I was so excited for the final episode that dropped today.
I wanted to make a request for The Amazing Digital Circus. Like a one shot, fluff and a x reader if that's acceptable. Something silly
My idea is that the reader surprises Ragatha by sculpting a handheld horse. Reader having seen Ragatha in the dumps lately. Reader trying (and failing) to make the horse look realistic before they take the fake horse to Ragatha. Reader leaving the horse blank so Ragatha can paint it like her old horses back home from memory. They end up painting the sculpture together
Anyway, I hope you have a good day or night regardless!
A horse for happiness
Ragatha (TADC) x gn! reader
SECOND REQUEST. I’ll be honest: this isn’t my best work. Over the last few weeks, I’ve tried to find a writing rhythm that doesn’t leave me exhausted, but… well, it isn’t my best work. Ragatha deserves way better.
DISCLAIMER: the 'BOING' It is the censorship of insults.

They could notice the change in Ragatha's mood, the weight of trying to keep everyone happy was finally crushing her back and shoulders.
They knew just by the way Ragatha’s smile lasted way less in her face; the way her eyebrows frown from time to time. The way she looked at the grounds around the circus, to the digital grass and hills.
They had no idea on how to help, it was for sure if anyone asked Ragatha she would just brush it off. They thought about it for a while, so they went to the one person who knew Ragatha the longest: Kinger.
It didn't sound like the best option, but they hoped it would be a good start, so he went to Kinger’s pillow fort.
“Hey, Kinger”, they called from outside.
A few pillows of the fort were moved, right in front of them, letting them see Kinger.
“Oh, hi”, Kinger greeted, a snail crawling across his face.
“I- um. I wanted to ask you something…”, they started, a little embarrassed.
“Of course! Come in!”, Kinger stepped aside to let them in.
They sat on a pillow in front of the chess piece; even in his mind state, it was still embarrassing to them to say it out loud. They were not the most gentle or creative, but they could do something. For Ragatha.
“I was helping Robert with his crawling techniques”, Kinger commented pointing to the snail now in his floating hand.
“Right…”, they stared at the bug. “I-I wanted to ask you something about Ragatha”.
“Of course! What about her?”, Kinger asked, curiously. His blue eyes, bright.
“I want…she’s been feeling a little down and, well, you have known her for a long time…”, they began, nervous. “So maybe you know how I could cheer her up”, they confessed, blushing.
The chess piece looked up at them, his face going from surprised to warm.
“Yes, Ragatha’s been a little down…”, Kinger said, looking down at Robert the snail. “She is feeling melancholic after Pomni’s arrival. Everyone thinks about the real world after someone new arrives…”, Kinger mentioned, coherent, real.
“She looks at the grounds like waiting for something to appear…”, they commented to Kiger.
Kinger meditated their words for a second.
“She probably misses her horses”, he suggested, like it was the most obvious thing.
They observed Kinger, waiting for a spark of craziness to appear. There was none.
Ragatha had mentioned to them, at some point, how she missed to ride, to care for them; or the simple company of animals. She had said it, looking at the digital horizon to the void.
“Horses…”, they murmured, processing.
“You can ask Gangle to draw one for her…”, Kinger suggested, still looking at Robert.
---
Planning wasn’t easy because they couldn't remember the actual anatomy of a horse; every sketch looked like a dog. And that was being nice…
Then they tried sculpting.
After using some clay they found in a room full of colorful clay (Caine’s doing), the supposed horse, instead of looking like a dog, it looked like a goose.
How was that even possible?
They remembered Kinger’s words, ‘ask Gangle for help’, so they did; they walked to Gangle’s room in the middle of the night, knowing she spent time drawing until very late. They knocked on the door after checking to see if there was light coming from underneath it.
Gangle opened the door a crack, her comedy mask intact.
“Hi, Gangle”.
Gangle couldn’t stop smiling when they told her about their plan; she accepted gladly.
Both of them sat at her desk, sketching a horse while they looked patiently.
Gangle explained proportions and angles; they took every bit of information as it was the secrets of the digital life itself. After a few hours, Gangle had every drawing and anatomy study for them to take.
Time to work.
A big ball of red clay as a starter, then adding little by little; eyes, ears, muzzle, and a part of the neck. Texture here and there…and the horse looked like a donkey.
Insults were censored every now and then, every start and failed attempt to build a clay horse was accompanied by a grunt, a groan or a slap in the clay.
They weren’t sure how many hours had passed since they left Gangle’s room; how many hours they had spent fighting clay. World War III with clay, like a child.
A knock on the door snapped them out of their trance.
A knock again.
“Are you awake?”, a voice called.
It was Ragatha.
Oh, BOING.
They clumsily handled the lump of clay that they could not call a 'horse'.
“Are you okay in there?”, Ragatha asked, puzzled by all the noise she could hear from the hallway.
They took the blanket from the bed and threw it on the desk to cover everything. But it was too much force, it knocked the lamp, causing it to fall to the floor and shatter into pieces.
“BOING, BOING”, they cursed under their breath.
“What was that?”, Ragatha asked, preoccupied.
They covered their face in their hands; it was too much and impossible to hide the fact that they were actually hiding something.
Defeated, they opened the door, completely incapable of looking her in her eyes.
“Hi, Rags”, they greeted, still looking at the ground.
“Hi! Are you-uhm, fighting gloinks in there?”, she asked, trying to peek into the room.
They looked up at her, Ragatha’s face fighting to not show much worry. They sighed and moved to the side to let her see.
The room was a mess.
Gangle’s drawings were scattered on the floor, the lamp shattered right beside them, a strange figure being covered by the blanket.
“I-I wanted”, they started, then cleared their throat, ”to cheer you up”, they explained moving to the desk to uncover the secret.
Ragatha looked at what it was under it: a donkey trying to look like a horse, built from colorful clay.
“It’s supposed to be a horse…”, they explained, embarrassed.
Ragatha looked at the “horse” on the desk.
“For me?”, she asked, her voice trembling.
They observed her face: eye glistening, lips small and trembling. Something between melancholy and surprise.
“Yeah,” they murmured. “but it’s more of a mule-dog than a horse”.
Ragatha chuckled wetly, drying her eyes with her hand. It was far from a horse, but…
“What if-”, she started, a little blushed. “what if we try together?”, she suggested shyly.
They turned to her, surprised. Happiness creeping into their face.
May I please requestt something with Raggie and Jax + add anyone else if you'd like to ^^ And a fem!reader (( Romantic or platonic )) who is very sweet but has a tendency to be spacey and not pay attention thus she often wanders off on adventures and in the circus ?? ?? On the rare occasion the crews left for a long while without an adventure She's nowhere to be found just exploring the grounds aimlessly
(( Also are you ok with multiple requests ?? ?? :3 ))

Synopsis - While Caine plans new adventures, everyone is stuck on the circus grounds. You, of course, have just wandered away, head in the clouds.
・❥・ I had so much fun writing this one! I'm such a daydreamer myself, so when I saw this request, I HAD to do it! Also, I'm completely okay with multiple requests! I do hope you enjoy, lovely anon!
Caine had been planning an adventure, ignoring the cast. Something about an adventure that would, in his words, ‘make the other adventures look like it was made by a faulty NPC’. Or something.
You hadn’t really been listening. Head in the clouds, you were too busy daydreaming about everything and anything.
Day three of no adventures rolled around. Zooble and Gangle were resting on the couches, looking at magazines, when Ragatha and Jax walked over, the former looking concerned, her hands fidgeting with her hair.
“You guys haven’t seen Y/N, have you?” she asked, her eye looking away, looking for you, before returning to meet the gazes of Zooble and Gangle. “I’ve been trying to find her all day, but…”
“You worry too much, dollface!” Jax told her. “I bet Y/N’s doing that aimless wandering thing she’s so good at!”
Zooble sighed. “Well, I saw her outside near the carnival. Check there, maybe?” The toy turned away, back to reading with Gangle. Jax grabbed Ragatha’s fabric arm, not too gently, and pulled her along, his longer legs eating up the distance faster.
Meanwhile, you were laying right outside of the carnival, the warm, sun blanketed grass under your head. The clouds were lazy, drifting north, without a care in the world. You reached up with one hand, like you could grab at those puffs.
The carnival noises faded as you daydreamed the day away. The shadows reached up, and then down, as the sun rose and fell. The clouds became spotlights in the sky, bright against the pinks and the purples and the oranges, splattered like watercolor. Your mind wandered, off to far off adventures that claimed your imagination.
“There you are, darling!” Ragatha called, and you sat up, brushing grass and petals out of your hair. The ragdoll ran over, kicking up dandelion puffs, kneeling beside you. Her scent of berries engulfed you as she threw her arms around you. “We’ve been all around the carnival and the circus and the lake and everywhere looking for you!”
“I told you she was fine!” Jax said, dropping down onto your other side, pushing Ragatha off, gently now, before laying his head on your shoulder. “You’re exhausting, Y/N. You think I have the energy to go around this place?”
You gently flick him in the head, as Ragatha pulls her knees under her. “I thought the view of the clouds was nice here.”
Both of them look up. “Huh,” Ragatha said. “It is.”
“Boring,” Jax laughed, stretching out. “If this is all you’re gonna do, I’m gonna start calling you Dreamy, Y/N.”
“Jax,” Ragatha warned. The rabbit laughed again, tugging on both you and her. “I’m warning you-”
He pulls you both down onto the grass. Dandelions burst underneath your bodies, sending the small white puffs around. Jax sneezed, and Ragatha took her turn to laugh. You smacked Jax lightly, and he clutched a hand to his heart. “I just spent all day looking for you, and you’re gonna hit me? Genuinely hurtful.”
But you all knew it was a joke. The laughing ceased, and eventually, you moved your head onto Ragatha’s chest, and Jax moved over to rest his head on your shoulder. One of his hands found yours, and your other hand took Ragatha’s. Completing the triangle, Jax and Ragatha took each other’s free hand.
Overhead, the sun was giving one last burst of beautiful light.
“Can I be honest?” Ragatha asked.
“As long as you don’t admit you snore,” Jax replied, earning another flick from you. “Kidding, kidding. What happens at the carnival, stays at the carnival.”
“Y/N?”
You turn your head to smile at the ragdoll. “I never want you to not be honest.” The hand holding hers moved up to rest on her face. “Whatever you wanna say, Ragatha.”
“I love you guys.”
Jax laughed, but it was quiet. “Sentimental much? Don’t expect me to say it back.”
You closed your eyes. The carnival lit up as the sun finally surrendered its rays, dying for the night, the eternal star of life and death.
“I love you guys, too,” you told them both. “I can’t imagine being anywhere else.” The world was a daydream come to reality. The watercolored sky, the grass, still warm, from the sun and your bodies. The fireflies that danced over the distant grass, chasing, playing, loving.
Jax sighed quietly. “Yeah, well. I love you both, too. There, I said it.”
The first firework went off in the sky, showering your faces with the colors of the rainbow.
so this one's been stuck as a WIP for

Y'know, for being abducted, potentially by actual aliens, you should probably be at least somewhat freaked out. Though if you're being honest, that's probably because you can still feel the seemingly perpetual exhaustion kinda clouding up your mind a little bit. Probably should cut back on the caffeine.. that or the Minecraft… Caffeine it is, I guess. Looking around to actually properly take in your current surroundings, you see a nearly ordinary room.. albeit incredibly high-tech, while strapped down to what's probably an examination table, arms raised over your head and ankles both cuffed down. Fortunately, you can't see anything that looks like some kind of dissection machine, but there's also definitely a nonzero chance that it's hidden in the ceiling or something.
Suddenly, from behind you, there's a hiss like a pressurized door opening, and you hear some soft footsteps entering the room. Walking into your perspective is.. surprisingly human-shaped, all things considered. She(?) has a mostly humanoid body shape, but it was the other details that set her apart. First and most obvious is the fact she has long tentacles in place of hair, tentacles that she was using to fiddle with some device in the ceiling while muttering softly. Doesn't add nor retract from the possibility that there's a surgery machine up there. Aside from that, though, the other details are more subtle, like her eyes having dark rings around them, or her ears being notably rounded. Aside from that, she was wearing a relatively simple-looking dress, though it did have a few spots that looked to be patched over—
"C'mon now.. I'm not used to working these things…"
So, points away from the dissection theory, because whatever she did seemingly just turned on some kind of translator device. Apparently your expression had changed enough to catch her attention.
"Oh! Hello, is the translator working now?"
It takes you a moment for your brain to catch up to your ears.
"Well, I can understand you now.. if that says anything."
Assuming you're reading her body language right, she seems relieved, one of her hair-tentacles bringing a tablet of some sort into her hands.
"That's a relief.. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it working. Now, I'm sure you've got a ton of questions, but let me just start by saying that you're completely safe here. Our ship is here on behalf of the Intergalactic Union, here to check up on your planet to see whether or not you're eligible to brought into the community at large. Depending on the result, you'll either be given the green light for you to join, or if your species need more time to develop further.. in which case, your system--and people--will be considered protected until that time."
You can practically feel the dial-up in your head as you process her words.
"So like.. you're here to figure out if we're good enough to join? Or.. something like that?"
She winces slightly. To be fair I was a bit blunt…
"I mean.. 'good enough' doesn't really give the right impression. I couldn't tell you why the regulations are in place, but I'm sure there's good reasons! Now, before we get started, I need to…"
Her voice trails off as she feels around for something, before seemingly remembering where it is.
"Right, they were already put into these rooms, now where did she put them…"
You watch as she goes to some cabinets in the room, her tentacles grabbing open a few doors, with one of them grabbing some kind of brain-scanning headpiece. With the new device in her grasp, she walks back over to you.
"Here it is! Alright, as I was saying, I need to fit this onto you so we can see your responses to various questions and sounds."
With quite a bit of gentleness, she fastens the device onto your head, with a couple electrodes secured to your temples as well. After having that set, she began going through a questionnaire that felt kind of random, and you were admittedly a bit delayed with answering, though you did answer to the best of your ability. Next was a series of various different kinds of sounds that you couldn't quite figure out, and all things considered it wasn't that bad.
After that, her face seems to show some slight nervousness.
"Alright.. the next part of this test is a basic physical examination. Nothing invasive! A-And it's just for the sake of our records."
You might not know her body language, but you have a feeling that she's not the greatest liar, so you feel safe throwing out any remaining worries regarding being cut open.
"Sure, sounds fine by me.. you just gotta do what you gotta do, right?"
"Right, so just, hold still for me. I mean- I know you can't really move, but still."
She sets down the tablet before moving closer, and you almost recoil instinctively as her tentacle-hair reaches out, but you hold still as she basically feels across your body, pausing occasionally to note down something. At some point you just shut your eyes and wait for the part where you inevitably get beamed back down to Earth. ...Man her tentacles do feel sorta nice honestly. You're not quite sure how long the whole thing took, but at some point you notice that she'd presumably stopped the examination for a bit, and so you open your eyes to see her checking over presumably some readouts on her tablet.
Whatever she's seeing must be really interesting, because she seems some flavor of interested in the readouts. She then turns back towards you after what might've been a few minutes.
"Interesting.. is physical contact something that you humans do? We'll have to go over the data later, but your brain was reacting in a few ways while I was performing the exam."
"Oh yeah, that.. listen, I'm not an expert by any measure, but I know that physical contact tends to release a few 'feel-good chemicals' in our brains."
Despite your hands being restrained, you gesture vaguely at 'feel-good chemicals' to hopefully convey that you're talking fluent Layman.
She double checks the tablet before seemingly checking something else, an interesting look crossing her face.
"Hmm.. this feels like stronger reactions that what seems normal, at least from what I can get from your planet's network…"
Ah, yep that's what we call being touch-starved. Her expression changes, towards you suddenly.
"… Did I say that out loud-?"
"Yes.. although I'm not quite sure I fully understand the concept… 'Touch-Starved', is that.. someone lacking in physical contact?"
"Yeah, basically.. lotta reasons that can happen, honestly. Some people get to the point where they start to fully crave physical affection due to lack of contact."
"And.. you consider yourself to be touch-starved?"
I mean it's not that bad…
"Ehh kind of, but I'm fine, I just don't tend to get out much."
She seems to debate something in her head--either I'm misreading or the body language is conveniently similar--before looking back over to you.
"Well, we've finished up all the tests here for now. I could.. if you want- I could hold you some more? I'm not particularly busy for the rest of the cycle."
You blinked at the offer, your brain once again taking a minute to catch up. Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Sure, count me in.
"Sure, I mean I don't see why not.. I'm not exactly pressed for time to go back."
And so with a bit of adjustment, the exam table was laid fully horizontally, your shackles were undone, and you got a full-body snuggle from some alien lady's tentacle hair while she probably filled out some forms or something. Damn did I get that little sleep? I feel like.. I'm just gonna.. pass.. out . . .
funny fact, when i initially finished this it had 1,299 words
i could not let that stand so i just tossed one more in somewhere it wouldn't stick out (lwk already forgor where lmao)
also, don't rlly expect much more from Alien!Ragatha
this one was more to scratch the itch of being touch starved more than liking the character
not saying i don't like her, just not in the way I am helplessly weak for the mean bunny

Ragatha x Milked!Reader...
T'was a dark and stormy night in the Circus and one lone Ragdoll scuttled down the silent hallways of the Digital Landscape. It was then that she came across a shadowy figure and her digital heart nearly leapt out of her digital chest!
She was just about ready to scamper, but then she realized it was you, her lovely friend.. But you looked a little different.
"Oh, (Y/N)! What are you doing up this late? Are you alright?" the kind and polite and cute ragdoll asked, approaching you. She brought her hand up to her mouth as she took in the sight of you holding up a crate full of milk bottles, filled to the brim. You looked exhausted.
"Did you carry all of these in?" she pointed towards the crate and cocked her head to the side ever-so-slightly. Her words were as soft as her beautiful and kind gaze. "Here, let me help!"
Always the charitable and kind lady, Ragatha hefted up the crate into her arms, alleviating you of the weight. You felt gratefulness swell up inside of you, but you just couldn't get a word out... You were so tired, and your udders were so sore!
Of course, Ragatha is kind and observant. She swallowed thickly as she noticed the state of your udders, and she set the crate aside and stepped towards you.
"Oh, Y/N... Caine milked you again, didn't he?" She shook her head. Didn't Caine know he could make Digital Milk himself without taking advantage of your udders? "Come on, let's get you to bed. Do you want one of my special massages again?"
Wordlessly, you nodded. You were so grateful and lucky to have such a kind friend...
Everything was beautiful. Especially her. Life with her made things worth seeing the beauty in them.
As you blink slowly you see her in front of you, the doll that changed your life for the better. Her face glowing in the rising sun and soft plush skin. Your heart was aching and bursting at the seams at the sight of her.
Meeting her allowed for you to have an outlet to pour all your love into. Going through life, it seemed like you would never find that outlet, people pleasing and looking for someone to accept this vast amount of such a strong emotion. It wasn't until you found her.
Knowing her background, of course you wanted to comfort her but you didn't stay stagnant in pity. Instead you moved toward something more. A visceral urge of desire and attraction.
You never had a “type” but somehow you knew she was it. She checked every box without even trying. In every moment it felt very cliche but it was like you were meant to be. The chaos to her order, the calm to her storm. Everything just fell into place and a balance settled in. But trust, things were never boring.
Being somewhat opposites just made things more interesting whether that was when it came to deciding what song to play on a roadtrip, the jokes you would make at each other, or even time in the bedroom.
Taking your hand you caress Ragatha’s face scanning every part of her. Without warning her eyes flutter open. As she comes to recognize the figure in front of her, a smile on her mouth and eyes appear. In turn she grabs your hand kissing the palm taking her time to observe you. In this moment you could just jump on her, squeezing her into a tight hug but you restrain yourself, for now.
Is this what people mean when they say they’ve found a fulfilling life? Who could’ve thought you would get so lucky to have her in your life? All the arguments, the apologies afterwards, going out, waking up, going to bed. It all makes you feel alive.
With her in your life you can’t think of having another. The constant happy daze she has you in you would think it’s heaven. Everything is truly beautiful with her in it.
You stood on the balcony of the dormitory's entrance hall. Your elbows rested on either side of the railing.
Gentle, almost silent footsteps approached you.
Ragatha said your name, standing beside you. She held her upper arm.
She smiled. “Hey… I was wondering if you wanted to join me and the others.”
You let out a long sigh. Ragatha visibly deflated and took a small step back.
She waved her hands, almost frantically. “Or if you wanna be left alone, I understand!”
Your voice came out panicked. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it like that!”
“I just…” You pressed your lips together.
Ragatha stepped closer to you, mouth in a thin line. Her eyebrows pulled inwards, her eye gazing into yours.
You gestured vaguely to the checkered floorboards below the balcony.
“I keep thinking about… my life before the circus. Granted, I haven’t been here very long.”
You raised your head, pressing your thumb into the web of your hand.
Your throat felt tight. “I wonder if anyone even noticed I’m gone. And the more I think about it…”
Cruel thoughts entered your mind. Would anyone care if you were gone? Did you make enough of an impact on others for them to notice your absence?
You sucked in a deep breath.
“I don’t think I have anyone close enough to me to worry about me." Your voice cracked. "I can’t remember any meaningful relationships I’ve made with anyone.”
Tears formed behind your eyes, rolling down your cheeks. You pushed your fists against your eyes.
Ragatha grabbed your wrist and your eyes sprung open. You turned towards her.
She pressed her free hand to her chest. “I get how you feel, believe me, I do.”
Ragatha's voice softened. “But you matter here. You matter to me and to the others.”
You hiccuped, eyes disbelieving. “But that’s only based on circumstances.”
Ragatha shook her head. “If there were a way to get out of the circus, I’d do everything in my power to find you.”
She gave you a small smile. “And I’m sure if we met before this, I’d be your friend.”
She sounded so certain, like nothing could dispute her words from facts.
Emotions overwhelmed you like you were in a water current.
Hard sobs clutched at your ribs, and your breath came out quick. Ragatha pulled you into a side hug. You pressed your forehead between her neck and shoulder.
Her arms wrapped around your middle, rubbing the center of your back. You'd feel guilty dirtying Ragatha’s dress later, but you didn’t have the energy to worry about the intricacies.
You hiccupped into her dress, voice muffled. Ragatha's arms tightened around you. She said nothing, but her gentle touch made you feel whole.
