In the last few years I have had the opportunity to join and become a part of a fantastic and much needed organization called @womeninfire. The women who make up this group have become great friends and supports for me over the years. I am thrilled beyond belief to have the opportunity to stand among them as apart of IWomen's Board of Trustees. I've been elected as the Eastern Division trustee and I am now in the position to encourage, empower and connect women with the amazing support network we have. Meet 2 is in the books!  

We hope everyone enjoyed the Meet and the event site.  We tried our best to give this a qualifier feel.  Thanks to CLC for allowing us the use of these wonderful facilities.

As for our team, we feared pretty well.  We came in 5th in the rankings on the day and now sit at Rank 2 thru Meet 2.  Today was a day of technical difficulties and drop outs.  In the end, though, we were able to come out with a 3-2 day (QP6, RP175) and we hope we showed our season slogan in person . . . #itsaboutthegp.

Thanks to all the teams for a great competition.  It was great to have friends, family and a great atmosphere for all.  We will always remember the creative approach to solving the problem of a popped cap ball.
