ok cool cool. i knew boulevard was out of KC but I didn’t know if it was also like shipped out. (They have a really good Christmas-y beer and a good lemon radler that I adore.) There’s a couple places here in Lawrence that are REALLY good too but for some reason I thought Shock Top was like...just midwest-y? Good info gang.

WHAT can you please elaborate on Britta’s parents?

basically they’ve been secretly supporting her financially for years and jeff etc. knew all about it but nobody told her. and when britta finds out she’s furious because, well, she knows what her parents are like when they’re at their worst and she thinks it’s wrong that her friends actually like them.

it’s really not the storyline i wanted with her parents and i actually hate the fact that the study group has been doing things behind britta’s back. i mean the whole thing with jeff’s dad was actually pretty great, why couldn’t they have done it in a similar way (especially since there’s the whole dinosaur thing & how her dad didn’t believe her) instead of grouping everyone against her? i don’t get it. when will this “britta’s the worst and she’s always wrong” thing end...
