ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस रैंकिंग में भारत 77वें स्‍थान पर नई दिल्ली : लगातार दूसरे साल भारत ने 23 पायदानों को पीछे छोड़ते हुए ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनस रैंकिंग में 77वें स्‍थान पर पहुंच गया है। पिछले वर्ष भारत इस रैंकिंग में 100वें स्‍थान पर था। आपको बता दें कि बीते दो सालों में भारत की रैंकिंग में कुल 53 पायदान का सुधार हुआ है। ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि रैंकिंग में हुए इस सुधार से भारत को अधिक विदेशी निवेश आकर्षित करने में मदद मिलेगी। नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार के लिए यह रैंकिंग कुछ राहत की बात है। अगले साल होने वाले आम चुनाव से पहले सरकार को विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विपक्षी दलों के कड़े विरोध का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। आपको बता दें कि विश्व बैंक की पिछले साल की कारोबार सुगमता रैंकिंग में भारत 30 पायदान की छलांग के साथ 100वें स्थान पर पहुंच था। यह एक वर्ष के अंतराल में भारत द्वारा लगाई गई सबसे बड़ी छलांग थी। टॉप 50 की लिस्ट में भारत को लाने का लक्ष्य – विश्व बैंक की ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनस रैंकिंग में 190 देशों को रैंकिंग दी जाती है। केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के 2014 में सत्ता में आने के समय भारत की रैंकिंग 142 थी। प्रधानमंत्री ने आने वाले सालों में भारत को टॉप 50 देशों की खास लिस्ट में शामिल करने का लक्ष्य दिया है। विश्व बैंक की यह रैंकिंग 10 मानदंडों जैसे कारोबार शुरू करना, निर्माण परमिट, बिजली कनेक्शन हासिल करना, कर्ज हासिल करना, टैक्स भुगतान, सीमापार कारोबार, अनुबंध लागू करना और दिवाला मामले का निपटान पर आधारित होती है। विश्व बैंक की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि दस मानदंडों में से 6 में भारत की स्थिति सुधरी है। रैंकिंग की घोष्‍ाणा करते हुए वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने मीडिया से कहा कि कारोबार की शुरुआत सहित कुछ इंडिकेटर में अभी सुधार की जरूरत है। वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने इसे देश के लिए दिवाली का तोहफा बताया और कहा कि सरकार रैंकिंग में सुधार के लिए और प्रयास करेगी। इस रैंकिंग में न्यूजीलैंड शीर्ष पर है। उसके बाद क्रमश: सिंगापुर, डेनमार्क और हांगकांग का नंबर आता है। सूची में अमेरिका 8वें, चीन 46वें और पाकिस्तान 136वें स्थान पर है। विश्व बैंक ने इस मामले में सबसे अधिक सुधार करने वाली अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में भारत को दसवें स्थान पर रखा है। रैंकिंग में सुधार से होंगे ये फायदे – वर्ल्ड बैंक की साउथ के एशिया वाइस प्रेसीडेंट एनेट डिक्‍सन का कहना है कि जब भी किसी देश की ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस की रैंकिंग में सुधार आता है तो इसका सीधा फायदा वहां की इकोनॉमी को मिलता है। इससे न सिर्फ एसएमइस को फायदा मिलता है, बल्‍क‍ि रोजगार भी बढ़ता है। 1ः बढ़ेगा रोजगार – जानकारों का कहना है कि भारत में कारोबारी माहौल बेहतर होने से दुनियाभर की कंपनियां तेजी से भारत में निवेश बढ़ा सकती हैं। ऐसे में देश में रोजगार के नए अवसर पैदा होंगे। वर्ल्ड बैंक की एनेट डिक्‍सन भी कहती हैं कि एसएमई के मजबूत होने का फायदा देश में रोजगार के मौके बढ़ने के तौर पर मिलेगा। 2ः महंगाई घटेगी – विदेशी निवेश बढ़ने से भारत के रुपए को मजबूती मिलेगी। इससे इंपोर्ट करना सस्ता हो जाएगा। लिहाजा देशवासियों पर महंगाई बोझ कम हो जाएगा। 3ः छोटे कारोबारियों को मिलेगा फायदा – डिस्‍कन के मुताबिक छोटे कारो‍बारियों को रैंकिंग सुधरने का सीधा फायदा मिलता है। दरअसल रैंकिंग सुधरना इस तरफ इशारा करता है कि देश में कारोबार के लिए माहौल सरल हो रहा है। इस माहौल से छोटे कारोबारियों को अपना कारोबार करने में आसानी होती है। इससे उनका व्‍यापार भी बढ़ता है। जिसका फायदा अर्थव्यवस्‍था को मिलता है। 4ः शेयर बाजार में मिलेगा बड़ा रिटर्न – इससे भारत को और अधिक प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश (एफडीआई) आकर्षित करने में मदद मिलेगी। एफडीआई का प्रतिरोध जितना कम होगा उतना ही यह तेज होगा। Business news desk Report
