Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good. Add the vodka and let it cook for a few minutes so that it gets a little thinner. Heavy cream and tomato sauce should be mixed in. Add pepper and salt to taste. Let the sauce simmer for five to seven minutes, so it can get a little thicker. When the pasta is done, add it to the pan and toss it around so that all of the sauce covers it. Add fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese on top while the dish is still hot.
