Enjoy creamy, flavorful mashed potatoes infused with the richness of butter, garlic, and herbs, all effortlessly prepared in a slow cooker.
Ingredients: 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper, to taste. 1/2 cup milk or cream. Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Potato cubes, garlic mince, melted butter, chicken broth, dried thyme and rosemary, salt, and pepper should all be put in a slow cooker. For 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high, cover and cook until the potatoes are soft. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the cooked potatoes in the slow cooker until you get the consistency you want. Add milk or cream and stir until smooth and creamy. If you need to, change the seasoning. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
