Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 2 tbsp tequila. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, tequila, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
