𝒓𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 . she yearned for knowledge . she couldn’t get enough of it . she wanted to know so much about being a jedi and the force . there was still a lot that she didn’t know , which is why being around qui - gon was so nice . she felt like she was learning just from being around him , even when their conversations had nothing to do with the force or the old jedi order . “ is that cake ? “ she interrupts him , pointing towards the dessert . “ it’s so ... colorful ? is it always like that ? “ in all of her years never has she eaten cake . her portions on jakku weren’t much ... and food eaten with the resistance was nothing fancy .
