This Easy Thai Chicken recipe is bursting with flavor from a blend of soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Grilled to perfection, it's juicy and tender with a touch of sweetness and heat.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons fish sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon chili flakes. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lime juice, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish sliced chicken with chopped cilantro and peanuts before serving.
