War, war never changes. But relationships do. EASYxSHOT follows two soldiers and ex-lovers navigating their relationship and future from opposite sides of an interplanetary war. Their preferred methods of communication? Freaky Transgender Sadomasochistic Sex, Anti-Material Sniper Rifles, and Pain.

The visual style is truly distinctive and striking. So far its the only VN I've dug around the files in to ogle at the backgrounds/CGs. The story fascinated me, dug its claws into my brain and wont let go. Interplanetary war and transbian snipers having bizarre sex is already cool, but the way the two's history mirrors that of the warring factions, the intense imagery, and the personality that oozes from the two soldiers makes me keep coming back. I'll be pondering it's themes and world for a long, long time.

She Was Swallowed By The Sun is an incredibly personal and brutal passion project. It's a visual novel that follows two girlfriends doing their best to stand up against fascism and hate. Most of the comments on itch.io mention how it's both very beautiful and also incredibly painful. There is a lot of blood in this one. This vn hurts girls.
