Lance. I know you’ve only been with us for a day now, but for the love of the Lord EAT SOMETHING!
We already know he hates brine shrimp. Tried it, and then spat it out and wiped his face on the filter sponge. So far he’s been ignoring the pellets.
Pretty sure it’s just him being more interested in checking out his new home, but it drives me crazy when new fish do that. I just don’t want them to starve themselves.
Ava is trying to eat everything BUT her kibble today. I think at dinnertime she's going to me locked up with her food for a bit. While an adult can certainly go a day without food, Ava will be skin & bones by sunrise tomorrow because she's still growing
All this talk about eating "guilt free" makes me grumpy. If you want to eat something, EAT IT. You shouldn't feel guilty for doing something your body was literally designed to do.
If you're worried about gaining weight, then try and consume healthy food most of the time. But don't panic if you had "one cheese slice to many" or some nonsense. Food is good for you. Your body needs it.
And if you want to indulge in ice cream or pizza or whatever tickles your fancy, do it. It's just going to make you unhappy if you don't let yourself indulge. Just consume in moderation (meaning don't have ten scoops of ice cream, just one or two is good).
Never, ever feel guilty for eating. Ever. You are allowed to eat whatever you like.
I have this friend who hardly ever eats anything at lunch because she's constantly "watching her weight" even though she's already skinny. So when look at her face and I know she's inwardly hungry I'm always like:
my ass cheeks weigh more then zayn
ZAYN FUCKING UGH
eat dammit
please
you're so skinny baby
EAT SOME CAKE IT'S YUMMY
