While at my first ASAE annual conference I met this amazing Egyptian woman...we found during the course of the session we were in together, we had a ton in common with one of the main connections of the journey of losing weight, getting fit and shifting focus from everyone else to making time for self” she said something about food that has resonated with me -“eat happily” I like looking at choosing amazing food and thoroughly enjoying it in smaller portions and not denying self...which brought me into a jennis ice cream shop after my appt in the area where I fell in love with a few flavors including this goat cheese & cherries/buttermilk watermelon yogurt combo here..what?!? it was truly a treat I thoroughly enjoyed...didn’t obsess over the price just enjoyed the experience! :) will definitely be back...I’m a fan #jennisicecream #jennissplendidicecream #eathappily #icecreamlover #asae18 #summertime🌞 (at Chicago, Illinois)
