I'm a new college student and I was wondering if you knew what food we have to eat to not get sick?
I have some minor food issues so rn I'm eating a lot of fish but I can't find a list of like, "eat one of these: (list) for iron so you don't get anemia" and I don't wanna get scurvy or anemia or anything
I tried to Google it but it just gave me diet foods haha
Anyways you're pretty cool :) Thanks for being here <3

If you're eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, then that helps. Otherwise, taking a multivitamin can make a big difference.
Beyond that, ensuring you get a combination of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates (preferably complex carbs) with each meal is essential. How you get that balance and with what foods is completely up to you. That's the beauty of food and cuisine
