Littlest treehorn AU. Skylor is staying the night at the monastery so she can head out with the team in the morning. She has yet to have met Zane but she was told that he’s hiding somewhere around the place and not to be startled if she does see him. She’s all snuggled into the living room sofa with blankets bunched up around her neck when she starts hearing some kind of snuffling sound then the floors creaking. She opens her eyes to find theres two beady little blue orbs staring at her from the dark.
Skylor: “FUCK!!!”
She nearly falls off the sofa scrambling for her phone. She flicks the flashlight on and shines it where she saw the eyes. Nothing is there. Some little crumbs fall on her lap causing her to slowly look up with the flashlight. There just above her is Zane balancing himself between the beams of the ceiling staring down at her while he’s munching down on god knows what.
Skylor: “holy shit….”
Her flashlight is illuminating all the engravings all over his body. The flashlight has caught his stark white hair making it seem even whiter. He truly looks like a demon just chilling out above her.
Kai: “WHATS GOING ON!! ARE YOU OK!?”
Kai slams the lights on and snaps his head right to where Skylor was looking.
Kai: “Zane! Stop doing this with the guests!! Im so sorry. He’s been nothing but ornery lately”

Dear kinako macaron, I am terrible at photography.
This is nothing about not knowing composition and lighting. This is simply, being programmed to only remember to take a picture after it's been eaten. Here is the long story -
You were gifted an amazing pandan chiffon cake and two kinako macaron by your cousin. He had gone to a BBQ by his Japanese chef of a friend. Said friend also happens to not just make a mean BBQ but bakes very well too.
You cousin keeps you in mind as he enjoys the BBQ and takes home plenty of dessert for you. He even banns his mum from taking them to the office for he wants you to have it all.
He has learned in just a few short days, how much you love your ‘tea’, yes you call it tea. You enjoy teatime more so that just enjoying sweets. You say that, but you know very well just how picky you can be about the sweets.
It is only after -
you polish off the chiffon cake, which was eggy, light, fluffy - everything that makes a good pandan chiffon cake,
eaten half of the scrumptious macaron - and that’s saying a lot as you aren’t really fond of the sugariness of a macaron,
that you think “hmm I should blog this! it's really good!”
Such a terrible photographer, you make!
