I started tracking the food I ate over the summer to get healthier! This features spaces for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. As well as bottles to fill in as you drink your water and on the bottom you can score how well you ate that day.
How I Scored Myself:
Full Star: Great healthy meal!
Half Star: Ok meal
No Star: Bad/unhealthy meal
Example: Great breakfast, ok lunch, bad dinner, great snack. I would fill in 2 and a half stars. I didn’t say the first star was breakfast, the second star was lunch and so on, I just did it cumulatively.
