Todos los platos son muy ricos y están bien hechos. El detalle es la atención. Un buen servicio no se completa con mozos simpáticos, es la coordinación de una serie de procedimientos. Una carta compleja requiere asesoramiento,la comida no puede llegar antes que la bebida, y el comensal no puede pasar la noche "cogoteando" para encontrar atención. Un cubierto caro es un servicio de calidad, no solo materia prima. Volveré sin esperanzas.@SebitasVulcan
