Cutting and competing multiple times in short duration is potentially damaging to your metabolism. Not saying don’t do it, but give layne Norton’s vids on metabolic damage a watch and go forth carefully. I don’t normally back seat drive, but I feel like it matters.
I should be clear, I have no intention of going on crazy cutting diets multiple times in preparation for next year's competitions. I'm doing this kind of on a lark anyway so I'm going to get down to a reasonable competition body fat percentage and just keep it there (or close) for the year. If I find that becomes untenable for me then I'll just do the one show and call it good, as was my original intention anyway.
