#c2Change Final Workouts and Overview
#c2Change was fun this December! I did some stuff I don't normally do and was sore an inordinate number of times this month.
Here are the last 3 workouts I did, as well as totals:
12/26/2013 100 push ups 2 x 1:00 planks 60 lunges 50 weighted squats 5 miles spinning 12/28/2013 60 weighted lunges 2 x 1:00 planks 55 push ups 25 weighted squats 13 deadlifts 12/31/2013 60 weighted lunges 2 x 1:00 planks 35 weighted squats 55 push ups
Totals:
400 weighted squats. At an average weight of 257lbs, that is just over 51 tons lifted just on squats last month! 1000 jump rope jumps 10 minutes planking 27.3 miles traveled 201 box jumps at 36" 79 deadlifts. Hit 500 twice. 21,300 lbs. 505 push-ups 300 weighted lunges 100 goblet squats (do these count as weighted squats? :)
