LUIGI MANGIONE: A WALKING, TALKING LETHAL EMBODIMENT OF FAFO TO THE GREEDY💀
Why is everyone always so surprised when desperate people don’t give a fuck anymore?
Midtown Manhattan, December 4, 2024. UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson took a leisurely walk to his firm’s annual investor conference. Luigi Mangione, 26, took that same walk—and, according to prosecutors, introduced Thompson to the consequences of a system that profits off human suffering.
By the time the cops showed up, Thompson was a headline, and Mangione was in cuffs. Fast forward to today, and the courtroom isn’t filled with stiff-suited corporate leeches hoping for swift justice. Nope. It’s packed to the brim with supporters, signs in hand:
💀 “Free Luigi” 💀 “Healthcare Is a Human Right” 💀 “We Charge Executives, Not Patients”
America, you might have a problem.
WHEN YOU FUCK AROUND, EVENTUALLY, YOU FIND OUT.
The only people "shocked" by this are the ones living in a fantasy world where you can strip people of basic needs forever without expecting them to snap.
You bleed families dry with denied claims and bullshit loopholes.
You hike up premiums while cutting coverage and calling it "cost-saving measures."
You deny treatment for cancer patients, diabetics, the sick, the dying—then throw up your hands like it’s "just business."
And what do you think happens when people have nothing left to lose? Do you think they just lay down and die quietly?
Corporate America is built on an unspoken agreement: You exploit. The masses endure. But every now and then, someone opts the fuck out of that agreement. And when they do? Oh, suddenly it’s unthinkable—suddenly it's unjustifiable—suddenly it's a tragedy.
Where the fuck was that energy when people were losing their homes over medical bills? Where were the headlines when patients died in waiting rooms?
You expect people to suffer in silence forever?
JURY NULLIFICATION: WHEN A SYSTEM STARTS CHOKING ON ITS OWN RULES
And here’s the real kicker—Mangione might walk.
Not because there isn’t evidence. Not because he has a dream team of lawyers. But because there’s something worse than a murderer in that courtroom:
A jury full of disillusioned, broke, fucked-over Americans who know damn well that this country’s healthcare system has killed more people than any gun, any knife, any individual ever could.
And that’s where jury nullification comes in.
💉 Can’t afford insulin? Sorry, not covered. 🚑 Need an ambulance? That’ll be $3,000. 📝 Denied for "pre-existing conditions"? Hope you like bankruptcy.
The jury might not see a murderer in that courtroom. They might see a symbol.
THE PROSECUTION VS. A FUCKING MOVEMENT
Prosecutors aren’t just fighting against Luigi Mangione. They’re fighting against the anger of an entire generation that’s done watching their friends and family get priced out of survival.
The same young, pissed-off Americans who can’t afford a check-up, therapy, or a goddamn EpiPen are the ones sitting on that jury.
All Mangione’s lawyers have to do is convince one juror that Thompson wasn’t just a man— he was a system.
And if they succeed? That guilty verdict turns into a mistrial faster than a hospital visit turns into crippling debt.
THE REAL QUESTION ISN’T “WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?”—IT’S “WHY DIDN’T THIS HAPPEN SOONER?”
Corporate America spends billions on security, stock buybacks, and lobbyists. But they forgot to invest in something far more important:
Not pissing off the wrong broke motherfucker.
And that, my friends, is how you find out.
💀 REBLOG if you know exactly why this happened. 🔥 LIKE if you think Luigi is the face of a broken system. 💬 COMMENT if you’ve ever had a claim denied or seen the inside of a hospital bill. 🚀 FOLLOW for more brutal truths, raw takes, and the kind of shit they don’t want you talking about.
Questions remain as to why an employee stabbed his company president during a staff meeting at a Muskegon-area manufacturer Tuesday morning.
The mainstream press & media have been trying to suppress this story. It happened on Tuesday & within the past few hours (*today*) bigger outlets have been reporting on it. CBSAustin deleted their post of it when too many people were cheering for another dead CEO. Keep expecting suppression when more people rise up. BTW, he worked for a military weapons manufacturer.
I coined the term YEARS ago "WORST depression." Larger population, no resources, with NO means to grow their own foods, in WAY overpopulated cities. You're gonna see millions die of starvation AND dehydration. Unless you satiate your hunger by getting a taste of #eattherich
I am going to say something that might be controversial. You might not agree. I don't care. No politician can save you or save your country. We need to stop expecting them to save us. Who am I talking about when I say "us"? I'm talking about average people. Everyday folks. The sad reality is that people think that things will get better and improve for us just because someone new is in power. Let me hold your hand while I say this: some minor things might improve, but at the end of the day, the ultra rich will just keep getting richer, and the rest of us will just keep getting poorer. Why? Politicians all come from a place of wealth and privilege. The whole system of politics is inherently classist. You need to have a ton of money to even run for office and campaign. And so what makes you think that any politician will try to improve things for you? I need you to hear this. No matter which political party is in charge, no matter WHAT they promise they will do, when it's all said and done, life will not become substantially better for us (the average people). The politicians only care about other wealthy people. The sooner you realize this, the better. We need to stand the fuck up and rise up or things will never change.

Rod Hochman is the highest-paid health care executive in the Pacific Northwest, earning $9.5 milllion in 2021.
This Washington resident, working for Providence, gave the top 14 executives raises exceeding $14 million in 2017 (latest numbers we have). Their total compensation jumping 59 percent in a single year.
Providence is one of the largest health care providers in the country.
People in the U.S. owe at least $220 billion in medical debt & the bulk of that debt is owed by people with over $10,000 in debt.
This year the State Attorney General’s Office announced an agreement with Providence to resolve a lawsuit that claimed Providence trained its staff to aggressively ask for payment from patients with low incomes who were actually most likely eligible for financial assistance. They also billed them without determining if they really qualified. In thousands of cases, Providence knowingly sent low-income patients, including Medicaid enrollees, to debt collectors. The more than $137 million in medical debt they must forgive and the refund of more than $20 million to patients is a drop in the bucket, considering Providence rakes in $1.8 billion on just fee's alone on its members in a year.
Providence is one of the largest health care providers in the country, with a total of 51 hospitals, 34,000 physicians, and 1,000 clinics.
“Nonprofits” like Providence get tax breaks & many other benefits with the law's expectation that they are working to provide access to affordable health care. Providence, a healthcare giant led by one of the nation's highest-paid executives, has been exposed for predatory practices against low-income patients. CEO Rod Hochman's exorbitant compensation stands in stark contrast to the company's decision to aggressively bill and even sue vulnerable individuals. While hospitals claim financial pressures, Providence's lavish executive compensation and venture capital investments paint a different picture. The company's prioritization of profits over patient care is a betrayal of its mission as a nonprofit status organization. It's time for a fundamental shift in healthcare. We need leaders who prioritize the well-being of patients over corporate profits. UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson's demise serves as a cautionary tale, demanding transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct from ALL healthcare providers.
