Recently, I started taking ghee daily
after watching Dr Vivek's Youtube
on the benefits of ghee.
After few weeks, the dinosaur-looking
scaly skin on my legs disappeared
and it is now so much smoother
with a health sheen!
I also noticed my face is also
now softer and, dare I say, fairer.
Pst! Now mum wants

FOOTNOTE: At first, I was hesitant to try ghee for fear of the strong "cow-y" smell (Me Chinese, not milk fan). Bought AMUL ghee. Touted the best. Was surprised it tasted pleasant with the promised "nutty" flavour. Hope your experience will be the same.
