Another thing I notice on Izumi's ghost in the anime is that it looks buff, compared to its manga counterpart where it looks lean just like most black ghosts. Just think about the ghost bench-pressing Tanaka's ghost before throwing it out of the window (sorry Tanaka).

I’m laughing so much at this. Tanaka thinking he can take a girl on and then just gets the crap beaten out of him. Don’t mess with Izumi.

But I love Izumi and her ghost so much, Izumi managed to win against Tanaka and she’s able to summon two ghosts at the same time. She’s awesome.

So I heard we need more headcanon on host-IBM relationship. Izumi's IBM is very protective towards her. We dunno exactly when she got it for the first time, but imagine little Izumi being bullied bcs of her family background then her IBM showed up behind her & scared the bullies away. It disappeared right when she turned around.

Just imagine all the little things her ghost did for her. And that image is so adorable, little Izumi crying while her IBM stands behind her. Imagine that Izumi fell asleep because of exhaustion and the ghost carries her to bed and lays a blanket over her. Just the ghost being a constant help and it does so many small things for her which she doesn’t even notice.

You’re not the only one, but my expectation’s already low from the start so this is expected

same tbh but man its like, nearly on the same level of bad as the DMC anime. hell even that had some style to it as opposed to poorly emulated art style and budget mismanagement + shit execution of angles and style.
